All biscuit treats are made in our facility in Texas. Most of the accessories (bandanas, bow ties) are handcrafted in our facility. Toys are sourced from suppliers across the US.
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 72 hours for shipment. We strive to ship next day but our facility is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Our founder and canine cuisine chef, Alexis Quiroga, has been creating the best treats for all our FURiends to enjoy since 2013. We’re located in San Antonio, Texas.
Every dog biscuit recipe is made with 100% all-natural, human-grade ingredients, without preservatives, fillers, or artificial ingredients. They are baked weekly in small batches so they are always fresh, healthy and yummy. Our biscuits

Making great stuff for dogs is our specialty! We know that our dogs health is a reflection of what they eat. Our dog bakery began with a simple concept: to make the best possible dog treats for our FURiends to enjoy and stay healthy. Our products include nutrient-rich dog biscuits, chews, pastries. All are delicious and doggie approved!
Everything we make is 10% all-natural, made in small batches with simple, fresh, human-grade ingredients. There are no hidden ingredients and are made without preservatives, chemicals, or fillers. Our ingredients are from local sources and include fresh meats, fruits, vegetables and herbs to maximize nutritional value.
Our Canine Cuisine Chef, Alexis is culinary trained and enjoys creating PUPular pastries for your FURiends to enjoy.

We guarantee the treats and chews in each box are fresh at all times. Biscuit treats should be fed within 6 months and chews within 2 months.
We recommend the biscuit treats for all size and age dogs. The chew selection depends upon the size and age of the dog. Older dogs should avoid hard chews if they have weak teeth. All dogs should be supervised when a chew is given to prevent choking and/or swollowing them whole.
You can change selections at least 1 week prior to renewal by contacting us with your selection choices.
You may cancel anytime before the subscription renewal charge has occured. Once the renewal has occurred, there are no refunds. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds. Exceptions are for defective products and are replaced at no cost to you. If you have any issues with a shipment, please contact us so we can explore options.
